Olympic Weightlifting is a challenging and exciting sport that enhances power, speed, flexibility and strength. And it’s not just for seasoned athletes – everyone can get involved!

We run Olympic Weightlifting classes for adults and kids, as well as a beginner class for women. Our sessions are run by experienced athletes who can provide you with expert assistance and coaching.

What do our Olympic Weightlifting programmes involve?

With our adults’ Olympic Weightlifting membership, you can attend unlimited weightlifting classes each month. The classes run twice a week and each session lasts 2 hours. In these sessions, you’ll receive expert coaching and guidance on performance and technique.

You’ll also have fun trying to beat your personal best from the previous session. They’re open to all ability levels, so don’t be put off if you’re a beginner. You’ll be a pro before you know it!

What does the membership include? 

Our Unlimited Olympic Weightlifting membership gives you access to as many of these classes as you like. Attending all 8 classes a month on this package means you’re only paying £5 for each class.

Many of our clients have even gone on to compete and win in competitions. If you want to build strength, improve your technique or train for competitions, come along to a session!

Olympic Weightlifting classes for kids 

Olympic Weightlifting is a great sport for kids. We love weightlifting and empowering young people, so why not get them involved in our Triple X community?

Our Olympic Weightlifting membership for kids gives your child 3 sessions every week to learn, keep active and build discipline and resilience. These sessions are perfect for kids who enjoyed our free classes and want to work on their technique or start competing.
