Olympic Weightlifting is a challenging and exciting sport that enhances power, speed, flexibility and strength. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are run by experienced athletes who can provide you with expert assistance and coaching.
The Manchester Olympic Weightlifting classes run twice a week and each session lasts 2 hours. In these sessions, you’ll receive effective coaching and guidance on performance and technique.
They’re open to all ability levels, so don’t be put off if you’re a beginner.
Our Unlimited Olympic Weightlifting membership gives you access to as many of these classes as you like. Attending all 8 classes a month on this package means you’re only paying £5 for each class.
