Sam has been passionate about sports and fitness from an early age and is experienced in competitive sport. She creates effective exercise and nutrition programmes for weight loss, fitness and performance enhancement. As a qualified nutritional advisor and nutritional therapist, she can design a nutrition plan to help you transform your physique and develop healthy long-term habits.
She specialises in fat loss, body transformations, ante and post-natal support and offers 121 and small group PT sessions, beginner’s weightlifting classes and sessions for kids. She’s friendly, approachable and helps newcomers feel comfortable in the gym environment.
